One picture. Something doesn’t add up.

Impostor: Drawing

Build one picture together, a line at a time. One of you has no idea what you’re drawing.

3–10 players • Free in your browser

Get everyone in on it.

01

Share the room link. Once everyone is connected, the host starts. Keep your subject card private.

02

On your turn, draw one continuous stroke. Confirm it, or clear and redraw before passing the pen.

03

Talk about the picture and vote for the player you think is bluffing. The group wins by catching the impostor; accusing an innocent gives the impostor the win.

A few things to know

Drawing has no timer, no fixed round limit and no readiness clicks. Play by voice with optional room chat. Hints are off by default; the host can enable a broad hint for the impostor.

Confirmed strokes stay on the canvas. The host can skip a stalled turn or discard an unfinished draft before voting.

The host starts voting between turns. A strict majority of the starting players must vote for someone; then the unique highest vote count decides who is accused. Too few votes means no winner. A tie gets one runoff; another tie lets the impostor escape.

One picture. One convincing bluff.

  1. Reveal your private card. Everyone gets the same subject except one impostor. Hints are optional and off by default.
  2. On your turn, draw one continuous line. Everyone sees your draft live.
  3. Lift to review. Confirm stroke locks it and passes the turn. Clear and redraw removes the draft for everyone.
EXAMPLE ONLY · A HOUSE

No drawing timer or round limit. Keep talking; the host starts voting between turns when you agree. The host can manually recover a stalled turn. No chat or readiness clicks required.

How voting works

At least a strict majority of the starting players must vote for a person: 2 of 3, or 6 of 10. Abstentions and missing votes don’t count toward that minimum.

Once that minimum is met, the player with the unique highest vote count is accused; they do not need a majority of votes. Catch the impostor to win. Accuse an innocent and the impostor wins.

The ballot lasts 45 seconds. A tie opens one 30-second runoff among the tied players; a second tie lets the impostor escape. No self-voting. Too few non-abstaining votes means no winner.

First move: open your private card when the match starts.
